REQUIREMENTS FOR HAJJ AND UMRA 2006

Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travelling date (with enough blank pages for visa). |

For Non- American citizens, if applicable, clear COLOR copies of your green card - front & back. |
| 3. |
3 recent passport-size photos - White background with your name signature on the back of the photos. |
| 4. |
Visa Application please fill-out in INK, one application . |
| 5. |
Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine. |
| 6. |
If you are not carrying a Moslem name, a certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that you are a Moslem is required. |

Husband and wife holding different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required. |

| For Ladies Traveling for Hajj or Umra |
|
|
| 8. |
Women traveling alone (must be over 45 years) without husband, brother or adolescent son, require a NOTARIZED permission letter from the husband, brother, or adolescent son, indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for (Hajj/Umra) with Dar El Salam Travel group. |

We should receive full payment, along with the above documents no later than TO BE ANNOUNCED. |
| 10. |
Hajj fee (US $290.00 ) is not included in the package price. |
| 11. |
If you wish to pay for Sacrifice fee in the USA, please send us the money ($100.00 ), otherwise you have the option to take care of the sacrifice by yourself. |
| 12. |
If you want us to take care of your domestic flight reservations within the USA, please let us know with your initial request so we can make the arrangements. |
| 13. |
If you are traveling to another destination (ex. Egypt) please make sure that you have selected your travel dates and finalized it. |
| 14. |
Once you have indicated your departure date, no changes are allowed. |
PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ESTIMATION OF RECEIVING YOUR FINAL PACKAGE WITH THE VISA AND ALL DOCUMENTS IS THE SECOND WEEK OF DECEMBER. IF YOU PLAN ON LEAVING EARLIER TO ANOTHER DESTINATION PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INFORM US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR PACKAGE EARLIER.
